Pool means a group of up to 4 people working with a Personal Trainer in the same session.  In a pool, each participant will get the benefit of both lots of focus from the Personal Trainer AND the motivation and support from the others working out in the pool.

Session means a Personal Training workout, which currently are for 60 minutes. NOTE: Some partner locations may have 45 minute sessions (same price). This will be noted in the booking confirmation page. 

Splitbucks are the incentive credits you can earn when you are paying for your spot in a pool and others join after you, or deposited to your account when you refer a new user.
