How do I book a Personal Training session at a time that’s right for me?

This article covers how to pick a time slot from the Available Sessions page that works with your schedule.

To book a session, simply pick an available time and day as set forth on the Available Sessions page. 

For version 3.0 and higher there is now the ability to filter on both (1) days of the week and (2) times of the day (morning, afternoon, evening). 

Effective July 10, 2017 each available session will be subject to a cutoff period after which that session will no longer be available for booking. The default is 3 hours but each partner gym or studio will make the final decision on the cutoff window for each session. Any session without at least one client scheduled in will automatically be removed once the cut off window (time) has been reached.

Our app currently enables you to book a session up to seven days in advance.
