This article highlights our cancelation policy and what circumstances warrant a refund.

Please note our cancellation policy has changed effective June 19, 2020 (previously 12 hours).

You may obtain a full refund for any personal training session booked if cancelled a full 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled session. For any cancellation or nonattendance with less than 24 hours prior notice, no refunds will be provided. (SplitFit), however, retains sole discretion to grant full or partial refunds or credits due to the client’s extenuating circumstances or to correct any errors made by SplitFit.)

This policy is subject to change without prior notice. 

You can cancel any of your sessions by selecting Your Bookings page and selecting the cancel link.  

If there are any changes to a pool you are part of (additions or cancellations) you will receive an e-mail notification explaining the change.
