Once logged in to the SPlitFit portal (https://app.splitfit.com/portal) scheduling availability is easy (IF you have been assigned rights to maintain your own schedule by your Manager).
NOTE: The portal is accessed via splitfit.com when you log in. You can access via desk top or mobile device. Scheduling is easier to perform on a desk top computer.
To create sessions:
Click create pools. Select your gym. Select your profile. Choose your maximum participants. Select your date and start time to the nearest 15 minute interval. Finally click create pool.
You can also book multiple sessions at the same time by selecting 'create recurring pools':
Recurring sessions will go out for 3 weeks from 'start date'.
NOTE: The app will always show thirty days out for available inventory to customers. In the portal you can schedule further out than seven days.
To delete sessions:
Select 'pools' and search to find the session you want to delete. Helpful hint: select week vs day under the date selection.
Once you have found your session, click 'view' and next screen select 'delete'.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can't delete sessions when a client is booked into it. For this situation you need to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to handle requesting clients to reschedule. Ideally another Trainer at your club can cover your session.
