Once a client books into an available session, a confirmation email is generated (to the client, the trainer and any other e-mail addresses the manager has included in the configuration). This email provides important information including the trainer, gym, session start and stop time, clients name and most importantly a link to the client’s basic fitness profile. Trainers should take advantage of this to familiarize themselves with the client before the session. Reviewing and understanding each of the clients basic fitness profiles before the session allows you to plan the most effective workout, accounting for their differences.
If a client cancels their spot in a session, a notification e-mail for this is also sent.
