Dana Farber employees using Harvard Pilgrim Health Care for health insurance are eligible for (1) special 20% discount on SplitFit sessions and also (2) reimbursement for up to $200 per year for SplitFit sessions.  You can read more by logging into the Dana Farber employee portal and clicking here. 

To access 20% off your SplitFit sessions click here.  Purchase 5 sessions and get your 6th one for free (for $125 you get 150 Splitbucks). 

To get reimbursed for you SplitFit sessions, click here.  For the reimbursement forms, please use this address for SplitFit (even if you use multiple locations):  SplitFit, 1285 Beacon Street, Brookline, MA 02446. 

For your account statement showing SplitFit sessions, expenses and attendance simply e-mail support@splitfit.com with your request, including time period.
