Reimbursement procedure:
Login into allwaysmember.org (requires your member ID and login credentials)
Click on Track costs & claims
Click on Reimbursements
Click on Fitness Reimbursement. NOTE: members may have other reimbursement options than what is noted below based on a members specific plan design and that this is for illustrative purposes only.
Then complete the form and click on Sign and Submit
