Together with our partners, we are excited to let you know that we now have a series of introductory training sessions available for free. Participating clubs (listed below) are making these sessions available virtually as well as in club.
These free sessions are a great way to learn more about the benefits of strength training, the various workouts the trainers provide, and what small group training is like. The sessions will not be a full workout, rather more instructional.

To see all session with times and availability, go to SpiltFit Sessions and ensure the filter on Intensity is set to "Introductory Training". If you do not yet have an account on SplitFit, you will be asked to set one up before accessing the session calendar.
