Your satisfaction is our highest priority.  If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your SPLITFIT workout, we will refund your session fee (you must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of your completed session to receive a refund). If you have questions or concerns, contact us by selecting Get Help in Settings or e-mail us directly at
