Pool means a group of up to 4 people working with a Personal Trainer in the same session. In a pool, each participant will get the benefit of both lots of focus from the Personal Trainer AND the motivation and support from the others working out in the pool.
Session means a Personal Training workout, which currently are for 60 minutes. NOTE: Some partner locations may have 45 minute sessions (same price). This will be noted in the booking confirmation page.
